When we’re driving on the A30 we don’t have too much time to look at the surroundings. But we noticed this ‘modified’ lamp-post, opposite The Avenue, yesterday. Has it been like that for long? (It doesn’t look too serious, so we’ve reason to hope that no-one was injured.)
The Camberley Eye 
Don’t know about that one, but one of the huge pots with tree has disappeared from outside McDonald’s in the High Street. A driver was taken ill and drove up the pavement. The pot may have saved a pedesrian’s life, but I don’t know what happened to the driver.
Apparently the driver recovered – at least, that’s what’s reported.
