It rings a faint bell that either the Eye or someone else has commented on signs like this one at Camberley station. The idea that a vehicle can be prosecuted is more like something in a cartoon film than in real life.
What happens to the vehicle if it’s found guilty?

It’s sent to jail or it’s a bad offence it’s crushed and made into hand cuffs.
(I nearly added that I imagine the vehicle would be crushed by the experience. Wise minds think alike….
Can we have many pairs of hand cuffs made please for ….
