What unfortunate timing!

A couple of days ago, work was underway to remove (and replace) the rainwater downpipes on St George’s Court near the top of the High Street.  We don’t know why this was necessary, but the job wasn’t completed by yesterday.  When it rained.  When it rained quite a lot…..

  1. This Building seems to have been plagued by poor construction from the start, wonder what the Service charges are or Landlord’s Buildings Insurance

  2. David,

The rainwater system at SGC was faulty …. very bad design! The history is long and convoluted but basically none of the roofs or drainage systems met Building Regulations and were inadequate. Weston Homes (Developer) and the Council covered themselves in glory and all at SGC with water!
