What a surprise – its gonna be another insurance job – make it unsafe, maybe torch it, and the property value rockets as it can be demolished and have flats built.
I suspect it could be demolished and replaced by flats without going to any ‘extreme’ measures. Indeed, I don’t see any alternative to it being redeveloped as a block of flats.
Why do I feel the urge to scream again…another eyesore…do any of our Councillors have any clout at all? Do they even keep up to speed with the Camberley Eye and shake up SHBC to improve ?
The combined might of the borough council has been unable to turn off the glowing fluorescent tubes in Level 3A of the main car park, Shirley. Does this answer your question?? (I might write about those tube again before too long…)
