Attending to the war memorial

We assume that the ‘tidying-up’ that was going on at the war memorial the other day was in preparation for the forthcoming Remembrance ceremonies.

  1. It certainly would be good to think so.
Even better, would be good to see the Remembrance ceremony well attended and respected.
Huge thanks to those boys & girls, those that have and those that gave their lives then.
I worry about my kids driving a Clio — Then, they could have been flying a four engined bomber into enemy territory.
If, that is what they are doing, I do hope so, well done SHBC.

  2. Perhaps they could fill the enormous pothole on the other side of the road while they’re there. If anybody marches into it during the parade they’ll snap their ankle…

  3. 3 pm on Sunday 13th is the Remembrance march past and dedication service and the roads will be closed for a while while they march round Camberley. Its always very moving.
