This ‘roadworks’ sign has been at the top of Park Street for a while. We suspect it was placed there when the bollard at the entrance to the service area behind the former Job Centre was being repaired. (The bollard has since been damaged again!) But the sign appears to have been abandoned, We’re tempted to take bets as to how long it will be before the sign is removed – or before it merely rusts away….
