For sail!

Sorry, the title of this item is the Eye’s feeble attempt at a joke!  In the recent high winds, we were reminded of Monty Python’s ‘The Meaning of Life’ when we looked at the former Siemen’s offices in Camberley’s Knoll Road.  (If you know the film, you’ll understand the reference.  Otherwise, not to worry.)  And, yes, we know that the flats into which the building’s being converted are for rent, and not for sale, but that makes the feeble joke even more pathetic…


Typically, the wind dropped just as we were taking our second photo.  Then the rain came down with a vengeance (you can just about see a drop of rain on the camera lens).  So we abandoned our post and made a run for it!
