A couple of weeks ago, we reported that the Churchill’s building in Camberley’s High Street had been on the market.
Well, the building is now the subject of a planning application to permit:
“Change of use of ground floor from Class A2 (Estate Agents) to Class A3/A5 restaurant and takeaway (including installation of extract flue and associated developments and change of use of first and second floor from Class B1(a) (offices) to a two bedroom flat.”
Food for thought! – especially for anyone who thinks that Camberley already has too many restaurants and takeaways
