There have been two very recent planning applications to replace houses with flats just south of the M3. One is for Waverley Close, where the application is for the “Erection of two blocks of flats each containing 9 residential flats following demolition of two existing dwellings”.
The other is for Brackendale Close, and involves the “Erection of a two storey building with accommodation in the roof to provide 10 two bedroom flats with parking and landscaping following the demolition of existing buildings.”
We THINK we’ve photographed the house that will be demolished. It’s a bit hidden behind hedges, on the corner of the road, not far from the Toby Inn.
