A belated ‘thanks’ to the county council

We criticise the county council quite often – and quite justifiably.  But this time it deserves a bit of praise for filling the pot-holes in Camberley’s Church Hill – by the junction with Upper Park Road.

We’re not sure how long the repairs will last – there seem to be lots of loose stones around already.  So maybe we’ll return to criticism before too long.  In the meantime, it’s a ‘well-done’ to SCC.  Cyclists – including this one – should be particularly grateful.

(UPDATE It does look like the side of the road further from the camera is cracking up rather badly.  In which case, the ‘repair’ there will prove to be inadequate and probably a waste of money.)
